For me the perfect job is not the one that pays you better, or in which you work fewer hours, for me the perfect job is one that allows you to realize yourself as a person and professional, because why being in a place where you do not feel good and where you have to stop being himself to simply please others.
From my point of view there are several types of work: paid which is necessary in these times and the work you do for self-realization.
I work with children in the church that I attend, and I receive a salary, but I feel a great satisfaction when I can help and teach those children. That is priceless.
